AAFEA Leadership Development Workshop 2022. Management Concepts was proud to continue to partner with the African American Federal Executive Association (AAFEA) as a Platinum Sponsor, exhibitor, and workshop presenter at the annual Leadership Development Workshop (LDW), which took place September 19-21, 2022 in College Park, MD and online. For the first time since 2019, AAFEA members were able to network in person with leaders from across government and industry, while also having the option to attend virtually as well. The 2022 LDW theme “Leadership Dimensions – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA)” brought timely and thought-provoking issues to the forefront throughout the three-day event, highlighting successes and addressing challenges.
